W. Robby Landis Associate Attorney

Robby Landis is an experienced and zealous advocate for those injured by the wronging doing of careless and negligent individuals and corporations. Robby is a Colorado native and believes all injured Coloradoans deserve to have their voices heard, no matter the size of their case. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, Robby returned home to pursue his legal education at the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. While in law school, Robby pursued his passion for helping those who are injured or who cannot speak for themselves by acting as a Guardian ad Litem and representing abused and neglected children in Court proceedings.

Robby began his legal career as an insurance defense attorney, spending over a decade working for several prominent firms in the Denver area. He learned the intricacies of the insurance industry and how claims are handled, adjusted, and evaluated by insurance companies and the tactics used by insurance lawyers to defend against personal injury and bad faith claims. Robby now uses the experience, knowledge, and insight he gained defending insurance companies to benefit his clients and obtain the maximum, cost-effective outcome in each of his cases. Away from the office, Robby enjoys spending time with his three kids, cooking, archery, and spending time outdoors.
